How to moisturise your hair quickly before work!

I hope you have had a good start to the week. Working life can often be busy, but that doesn't mean your natural hair has to suffer because of this! The more you take care of your hair, the easier it becomes to maintain and flourish. As afro/curly hair is fairly dry, it requires extra hydration. Nothing should stop you from moisturising your hair. Especially when it can be such a quick process! In this post, I'll be giving you a few tips about how to form a quick moisturising routine for your hair before you head off to work. Also, you can now book your tickets for our upcoming Harvest Hairgrowth Masterclass here!

1. Consistency is key - Taking the time out to care for your hair should not be seen as a chore. Just like brushing your teeth daily, it should be embedded into your daily routine. It takes 30 days to make a habit. If you take time out for your hair every day, it will become like second nature to you.

2. Leave-in Conditioner - Leave-in conditioners are a key feature to your hair routine. Using an effective one like our best-selling Honey-rain juice is a quick moisture fix that takes less than 2 minutes to apply, regardless of your hairstyle. Whether your hair is in braided extensions, cornrowed or even out completely, you can easily spray and go. Or if you prefer to do a big curly wash and go look, again you can simply spritz our honey-rain juice on your tresses.

3. Make time for your hair - Try to avoid your lifestyle or working pattern limiting the attention you pay to your hair. It only needs a mere 2 minutes a day to moisturise!  The benefits are obvious and if your hair is breaking due to dryness, then you should take even greater steps to ensure it is hydrated daily.

I hope these tips help you with your working journey. You can even start implementing them into the rest of this working week!
